Dressing Style: In a word, ratty. Living on the streets isn't exactly conductive to a stylish wardrobe. Most the clothes he has are dramatically over-sized, stained, torn, have holes, or are otherwise marred. Neo only has one pair of rapidly deteriorating trainers that are about a size too small.

History: Rebecca was always a troubled soul, running with the wrong crowd and getting into drugs. By the time she was thirteen she was thrown out on the streets by her parents. With her crippling addiction and no money in her pocket, she began selling her body in exchange for drugs. She fell pregnant at fourteen, though for whatever reason kept the baby, and nine months later, Neo was born. Growing up was difficult enough, but on the streets it was tough, and he was dealt some harsh realities very young.

Rebecca was quick to teach her son to benefit her as soon as he was old enough to walk and talk. Neo was made to steal to keep them fed and his mother's addiction fueled, and when he failed she would beat him. He never went to school, never had a proper home, but rather spending his nights in alleys, dumpsters, and abandoned buildings. His mother's drug use during her pregnancy manifests in Neo in the form of an almost inability to concentrate, and he remains very skinny and prone to illness.

Five years of a difficult life have made Neo essentially a miniature adult, though he still retains some childish qualities, and longs to be like the normal kids.
